Have you tried the winning AeroPress recipe from the World AeroPress Champion 2017 Paulina Miczka aka Panda? They recorded this short clip in London's Kaffeine where Panda worked as a barista.
THE WINNING AEROPRESS RECIPE
Coarsely grind 35g of fresh coffee.
Pour 150g of 84C water and stir.
After 30 seconds, put the lid on and flip the AeroPress.
At 1 minute and 5 seconds, start pressing slowly.
You should be finished at 1 minute and 35 seconds.
Add 160-200g of hot water to the pressed coffee, serve, and enjoy!
